Abhay Upadhyay
Abhay Upadhyay is a Post graduate in Management and alumni of St. Xavier’s College Kolkata. He is into business. As a founder President of Kolkata West International City Buyers Welfare Association, he played an important role in getting Kolkata west International City, first FDI real estate project to near completion. He also contributed in the form of suggestion on the draft RERA bill when he was invited by the Select Committee (Rajya Sabha). He was also instrumental in mobilizing Fight for RERA a PAN India movement for collective lobby for the smooth passage of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development)’ Bill’15.

Ratul Mazumdar
Ratul Mazumdar is a Post graduate in Management and alumni of St. Xavier’s College Kolkata. He is into business. Col. (R) Tejandra Pal Tyagi
He was born in 1946 at Village Bihang, Ghaziabad in the family of Police Inspector Shri G S Tyagi. As a student of the Final Years of B E (Civil), Sh T P Tyagi won the best All Rounder Award for Standing First in order of Merit, excelling as a Gymnast and also getting Elected As General Secretary of the Student’s Union of Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering, Nagpur, Lieutenant T P Tyagi was decorated with the National Gallantry Award of “Vir Chakra“ during 1971 Indo Pakistan war for displaying exceptional courage in making temporary tank crossing on UBDC and bringing back his five dangerously wounded soldiers from the enemy territory in the face of bullets, enemy and death. He did M Tech (Marine Structures) from Mysore University on deputation from Army and established a new Record.

B T Srinivasan
B T Srinivasan is a Civic activist from Hyderabad, also serving as General Secretary of United Federation of Resident Welfare Associations (U-FERWAS). U-FERWAS is an apex body of Telangana responsible to give voice to the problems faced by residents, ensuring that issues are raised at the appropriate platforms and resolved in a time-bound manner. He believes that dialogue would solve any problem in the world, and has negotiated with Telangana State Government for several reforms.

Senior Vice President
Ajay Mehta
Ajay Mehta, a qualified Chemical Engineer, heads a Steel Trading and Processing business catering to the Heavy Engineering Industry, since over 25 years. He spearheaded the Campa Cola compound movement in Mumbai, that prevented 140 families from being rendered homeless due to a Supreme Court order that called for demolition of their homes, where they have been living for almost 30 years. He is also an avid footballer and marathoner.

O P Bangur
At present living in Kolkata, O P Bangur is a Qualified Chartered Accountant engaged in Business and Manufacturing of Earthmoving Components and Equipments. An active social worker engaged with many social organizations including Lions Club, he has been Active in running affairs of Kolkata West International City Buyers welfare Association as Vice President and Treasurer. He has also been an Activist with “FIGHT FOR RERA" Group and its Think Tank since beginning and was a part of Group in making representations with Various authorities and political parties and making RERA a reality.

Prakash Paddikal
Prakash Paddikal is the Founder President of NGO HIRWA. He has taken up several crucial issues of public interest and obtained landmark judgments from the apex court, pertaining to private forest land, which saved the houses of about 4 million people. He also influenced the Maharashtra Govt to lift load shedding which affected 25 lakh people. He was the past president of Mulund Nair Society and is presently the Project Director for the adoption of extremely poor villages in Maharashtra.

Shankar Srinivasan
M S Shankar is a successful entrepreneur for past 3 decades in Bengaluru. A philanthropist helping Needy Children for Education, Founder President of Mahaveer Chalet Apartment Owners Association, and a Core committee Member of K R Puram Association’s Federation. He is actively involved in implementation of Real Estate Regulatory Authority Act, and has participated in Select committee meeting of Rajyasabha in Bangalore to discuss with all stake holders on Draft RERA Bill as a Core Council Member of PAN India Fight for RERA movement. He is the Convenor of Karnataka Chapter of Fight for RERA movement, and was part of the Pan India Fight for RERA delegation at Delhi to ensure smooth passage of the bill.
