Forum for People's Collective Efforts

Working Toward a Brighter Future for the Citizens of India

About

Forum For People’s Collective Efforts (FPCE) is a not-for-profit company formed by the core committee members of ‘Fight For RERA’ (FFR) under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, primarily to work towards protection of citizen’s right and to bring equity in the society. Please join us by supporting our efforts to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

What We Do

Fight For RERA (FFR) was a movement initiated for taking collective steps, by involving homebuyers from all across India, with the objective to compel the Central Government to enact the Real Estate Bill (RERA) on a top priority basis. At present, FPCE is taking forward the left over agenda from where Fight For RERA left by playing an important role in ensuring timely and effective implementation of RERA pan India.

We are also gradually starting work for the benefit of all those persons who are not ordinarily part of any association and thus are not represented before the Governments which make policies and laws, for example salaried class, small business person, rural households, in order to ensure that there is no more concentration of India’s wealth in a few hands. We also plan to undertake in future activities to ensure that every citizen of country gets speedy justice and that justice is not limited only for the rich.

Vision

The vision of FPCE is to bring about ‘social change’ in the society to ensure equal rights and opportunities for all citizens along with more equitable distribution of wealth and instil confidence to live in the society without any fear or favour thereby integrate the poor and middle class individuals with the rest of society in India.

Mission

FPCE mission is to work with the Central and State Governments and actively participate in its policy and law making exercise in order to ensure decisions are made for the benefit of the poor and middle class Indians in respect of income distribution, justice delivery, social security and to counter the rising hold of the super-rich Indians adversely impacting lives of ordinary citizens.
